About the Role The Enterprise Central Resource Pool (CRP) Registered Nurse is a dynamic position that involves working across various units and facilities within the Sanford Health network, including Sioux Falls, Bismarck, Bemidji, Fargo, and surrounding rural areas. As a Travel RN, you will be part of a specialized team that is assigned based on clinical expertise, skill, and organizational needs. Key Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. Collaborate with inter-professional teams, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to age and population-specific standards. Care for patients across the continuum of care, from preventive care and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Plan and coordinate care, conduct patient assessments, provide patient education, perform triage, and execute various nursing interventions as needed. Adhere to the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state of practice and licensure. Work varying schedules, including potential overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on patient and unit needs. Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have: A degree from a National League of Nursing (NLN) or American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) accredited nursing program. A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred. An unencumbered RN license in the state where you will be practicing, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. While new graduates are welcome, some nursing experience is preferred. The ability to obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications, such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NRP, as determined by your assignment.
