Role Description This is a remote, independent-contractor role for a Mortgage Loan Officer (1099). The Mortgage Loan Officer will: • originate and structure mortgage loans • guide clients through options and strategies • analyze income, credit, assets, and property scenarios • collaborate with processors, underwriters, lenders, and real estate partners • maintain trusted client relationships from first call to closing You will also benefit from: • daily training and coaching support • AI-powered marketing and client-management tools • access to top national wholesale lenders • Non-QM and advanced lending solutions for complex borrowers Compensation Potential: On certain transactions, compensation may exceed $10,000+, depending on loan size, program, and structure. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or mortgage lending professional • Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and loan structuring • Strong client-service orientation and relationship-building ability • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills • Comfortable using digital mortgage platforms and AI-driven tools • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Active NMLS license (or willingness to obtain) • Experience with Non-QM or diverse borrower profiles preferred, but not required Apply tot his job
