Monday.com Enterprise Consultant to Design & Build Product Lifecycle Management System

Remote Full-time
PROJECT OVERVIEW: We are implementing Monday.com Enterprise to centralize and manage our product lifecycle process from concept through shipment. We are looking for an experienced Monday.com consultant (individual or very small team) who can co-design the workflow with us, then build, automate, and document the system so it becomes a true single source of truth. This is Phase 1 of a potential broader operational rollout, starting with product lifecycle management. COMPANY & SCALE: - Average 200 Active Products - Approx. 50 Internal Users - External factories are not internal users, but we will be communicating with them via Monday (already tested) CURRENT STATE & PAIN POINTS: Today •Processes live in Excel and email • Information is fragmented across teams Key pain points • Lack of visibility • Missed deadlines • No single source of truth • Manual follow-ups and status chasing WHAT WE NEED TO BUILD (CORE SCOPE): Product Lifecycle Management System covering: • Concept & ideation • Product development • Costing & approvals • Sampling, testing, and revisions • Factory coordination and status tracking • Production milestones • Shipment readiness / handoff Monday.com Features Required • Multiple connected boards (architecture matters) • Dashboards (timelines, bottlenecks, status by product) • Automations (status changes, alerts, handoffs) • Forms (new product intake / requests) • Clear ownership and accountability by stage This is a process architecture + system build, not a simple board setup. INTEGRATIONS: • Outlook email integration • Microsoft Teams • Internal Systems • Use of native Monday integrations preferred • Open to Zapier / Make if justified HOW WE WANT TO WORK: • Collaborative design: you help translate our real-world process into Monday • Ask questions before building • Iterative setup with feedback • Provide documentation and light training • Build something our team will actually adopt REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: To apply, you must have: • Proven experience implementing Monday.com for operations or product workflows • Experience with Enterprise features (or equivalent advanced setups) • Strong process-thinking skills (you think in workflows, not just boards) • Experience integrating email and collaboration tools REQUIRED TO APPLY (Applications without this will be rejected): Please include in your first message: 1. 2–3 examples of Monday.com systems you designed (brief description) 2. Your role in each (process design, build, automation, etc.) 3. Experience with Enterprise-level or complex Monday setups 4. How you typically approach process discovery before building PROJECT DETAILS: • Engagement length: Medium-term (initial build + iteration) • Start: As soon as the right partner is selected • Budget: Will be finalized after scope definition • Structure: Fixed-price with milestones preferred WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR: • Generic “Monday board builders” • One-size-fits-all templates • Freelancers who build without understanding the business process • Large consulting firms We expect the core system to be implemented withing 1-3 months with potential follow-on phases if successful.
