Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Midweight Brand & Marketing Designer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in rolling out a rebrand across all touchpoints. Reporting directly to the Director of Brand, you will be instrumental in the execution and roll-out of brand assets while supporting our Marketing team with compelling campaign collateral that maintains consistency with our overarching brand identity. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the visual identity of a leading fintech company. What you will be doing: BRAND ASSET DEVELOPMENT + ROLL-OUT • Support the execution and roll-out of the rebrand across all touchpoints • Create, maintain and refine brand asset libraries, templates, and design systems • Support and motivate all employees in using these tools • Ensure brand consistency across all customer and stakeholder touchpoints • Contribute to website design updates and digital experience improvements CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION • Design engaging marketing collateral that is mostly digital (presentations, social media, web assets, data visualizations/infographics, whitepapers) and occasionally for print (leave-behinds, business cards, merch) • Support other teams with design for internal communications • Keep product visuals–used for marketing purposes–up to date by collaborating with the Product team • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when required Who we're looking for: EXPERIENCE + SKILLS • 4-6 years of experience in brand and marketing design • Experience creating and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines • Ability to design for multiple formats: digital, print, presentation, and web • Understanding of digital marketing channels and requirements • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) • Experience with product design tools (Figma, Miro or similar) • Experience with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint) • Understanding of website builders (Framer, Webflow) • Familiarity with project management tools and collaborative workflows (Microsoft Teams) PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES • Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency • Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale • Collaborative mindset with experience working across multiple stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines • Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving industry NICE TO HAVES • Previous experience in tech, financial services or B2B technology sectors • Knowledge of private markets, alternative investments, or data management • Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing Benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Professional development opportunities in brand and marketing design • Flexible working arrangements • Open leave policy • Stock Appreciation Rights Apply tot his job
