Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook/Instagram) — Creative Testing + Performance - Contract to Hire
We’re building an AI career app and we’re looking for a hands-on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Specialist to take ownership of performance + creative testing + scaling. This role is for an operator who can run Meta ads with structure: clear testing, fast iteration, and confident decision-making. Current spend: ~$40/day (we will scale if unit economics improve). Responsibilities • Own Meta ads end-to-end: campaign structure, optimization, reporting, and scaling • Build and run a creative testing pipeline: angles, hooks, iterations, batching, and learnings • Create ad creatives (static/meme-style images, carousels, simple variations). For video, we can provide UGC footage — you should be able to write scripts/hooks and turn UGC into ad variations (captions, cuts, thumbnails, overlays), either yourself or with lightweight tools. • Weekly cadence: what was tested, what won/lost, what we do next Requirements • Proven Meta ads experience with real testing discipline (not “set and forget”) • Strong communication (async updates + clear written summaries) • Ability to produce creatives (or show a reliable process to produce them quickly) • Comfortable starting with a small budget and scaling responsibly Nice to have • Experience with apps/subscriptions (or direct-response products) SaaS • Strong copywriting / hook writing To apply (required) Please include a Loom video (3–6 minutes) answering: 1.
