Meta Ads Media Buyer (Facebook & Instagram) – Ongoing Agency Work
We’re a performance-driven digital marketing agency looking for an experienced Meta Ads Media Buyer to support ongoing client accounts. This is not a one-off project. We’re looking for someone who understands the full Meta ads stack, knows when to lean into Instagram vs Facebook, and can manage, optimize, and report on campaigns with clarity and intent. ⸻ Who This Is For You should be comfortable running ads across: • Facebook & Instagram • Fitness & coaching brands • Medical / telehealth (restricted ad categories) • Supplements & wellness • Local and regional contracting services • Business Loans (restricted ad categories) • Real Estate • Events • Hospitality (Hotels, Restaurants, and Bars) You understand that each vertical requires different creative, messaging, and optimization strategies—and you know how to adapt without guessing. ⸻ What You’ll Be Responsible For • Building and managing Meta ad campaigns (FB + IG) • Knowing when to deploy Instagram vs Facebook placements (and why) • Optimizing for High EMQ (Event Match Quality) and signal quality • Working within restricted ad policies (medical, pharma, wellness) • Creative-informed optimization (you don’t just “let it run”) • Budget pacing, scaling, and performance analysis • Clear, actionable reporting (not screenshots, not fluff) • Collaborating with our creative and funnel teams ⸻ Required Experience • Proven experience managing Meta Ads at an agency level • Strong understanding of: • Pixel + Conversions API • Event setup and optimization • Campaign structure and testing • Attribution challenges and workarounds • Comfortable working inside GoHighLevel, GA4, and Meta Events Manager • Ability to explain performance in plain English ⸻ Nice to Have (But Not Required) • Experience with telehealth or medical accounts • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 & GTM • Understanding of creative testing frameworks • Experience improving EMQ and diagnosing tracking issues ⸻ How to Apply Please include: 1.
