Seeking candidates with a Healthcare Customer Service background for a growing Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Company. This is a 100% REMOTE role. Please Read the details and apply if interested Contract to Permanent Hire opportunity Projected start date: September 22nd Offers extended sooner to provide time for screenings and shipping equipment Pay rate target: $18/hour CST Timezone Only Training Schedule is Monday through Friday 830AM-5PM CST for 4-5 weeks. This is a 24/7 center - Multiple shifts available - Evenings preferred Weekend work may be required with days off being during the week for some. Shifts are assigned at time of offer and do not change or rotate. salary: $17.99 - $18 per hour shift: Second work hours: 12 PM - 8:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities • HIPAA Compliance: Agents must maintain a secure and private work environment at all times to comply with strict HIPAA regulations. • Camera Requirement: Agents are expected to be on camera for orientation, training sessions, team meetings, and any scheduled check-ins. • Performance Metrics: Agents are held to standard call center metrics such as handle time, adherence, etc. However, we place a strong emphasis on call quality and delivering a positive member experience above all. • Call Volume: Agents typically handle 40–60 calls per day, higher end during peak times within the year.
