Responsibilities • Communication, coordination, and administration of Paid Family Leave/Disability Claims within the state of New York. • Determination of compensability and the prompt provision of benefits. • Work as a liaison between the employer and employee to provide information about Paid Family Leave/Disability. • Informing employers on the proper management and impact of Paid Family Leave/Disability claims.
