An exceptional new instruction from an established manufacturing client and key employer within the area for a Master Data Management Analyst. Applicants must live within a reasonable commute of the Folkestone area, as this offers hybrid working arrangements. The role reports to the Senior Master Data Analyst and works alongside 2 additional Master Data Management Analysts. Please be aware our client is happy to consider applicants with less experience, but who can grow into the role. Qualifications: Experience with ERP system, master data management system, or product lifecycle management system Ideally experience with consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing or other product manufacturing process or processes Good problem solving capabilities Strong numeracy skills Demonstrated communication skills (written and oral) Strong interpersonal skills required to influence key decision makers within the business functions supported as it pertains to managing master data within the company Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Full clean driving licence Role Summary: As Master Data Management Analyst, you will support the Senior Master Data Management Analyst and be responsible for the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of master and product data to support the businesses. The successful individual has responsibility for working closely with key stakeholders within functional groups to ensure that master and product data are analysed, controlled, entered and released into MDM and PLM (product lifecycle management) business systems in a timely manner, as dictated by business needs. Duties of the MDMA include proactive collaboration with data owners/requesters to ensure clarity and completeness. The MDMA works on a moderately complex set of data objects and/or business brands and grows that set over time to additional objects and increasing complexity, demonstrating an increased depth of subject matter expertise and/or business understanding. The MDMA helps mentor new or more junior MDMA and contributes to the improvements to data stewardship standards, processes and practices in the Data Steward Community of Practice.
