Marketing Technologist / AI Content Manager / Marketing Automation Specialist Needed

Remote Full-time
About GPS Alaska We are Alaska’s only authorized dealer for Topcon Positioning Systems.[1] We don't sell lifestyle products; we sell high-precision machine control, paving, and surveying technology to contractors and engineers who build the state’s infrastructure. The Challenge: We have moved away from traditional high-cost agencies that didn't understand our technical products. We have the raw material (video demos, site visits, training sessions) and the tools (AI), but we need an operator to run the "Content Factory." The Role: We are looking for a Marketing Technologist to build and manage an automated content engine. You will not be writing generic copy from scratch.[2] Instead, you will take our raw technical video footage and use specific AI tools to repurpose it into high-value content for our B2B audience. Specific Responsibilities (The Workflow) You will own the following weekly cycle: 1. Video Repurposing (The Opus Clip Workflow) Ingest our raw long-form footage. Use Opus Clip or other to identify high-value segments and generate vertical "Shorts" for our social media and YouTube. Critical Step: Manually review AI captions to ensure technical terms (e.g., "GNSS," "LiDAR," "Millimeter GPS") are spelled correctly. 2. Content Expansion (The Blaze.ai Workflow) Feed video transcripts or rough notes into Blaze.ai. Configure and maintain a "Brand Voice" profile in Blaze that matches our professional, industrial tone (no fluffy "marketing speak"). Generate accompanying assets: LinkedIn Articles: Summarizing the technical problem solved in the video. Newsletter Blurbs: For our monthly customer update. Blog Posts: SEO-optimized posts for the GPS Alaska website. Social Media Post 3. Quality Control & Scheduling Fact-check AI outputs.[3][4][5] (Example: Ensure the AI doesn't claim a paving system works for excavation). Schedule posts across social media and YouTube using the platform's native tools or Blaze’s scheduler. Monitor comments and flag technical questions for our sales team to answer. Required Skills & Experience AI Tool Fluency: You must currently have a subscription to or deep experience with Opus Clip and Blaze.ai (or Jasper/ChatGPT). We are not paying you to learn what these tools are; we are paying you to master them. B2B Industrial Literacy: You don't need to be a surveyor, but you must be comfortable with technical subject matter. If you have worked in construction, engineering, automotive, or heavy equipment, that is a massive plus. "Editor" Mindset: You treat AI output as a rough draft, not the final product. You have an eye for detail and hate generic AI-sounding text (e.g., "In today's fast-paced digital landscape..."). Apply tot his job
