The Marketing Coordinator role involves supporting the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing projects, and ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards across digital and traditional channels. Responsibilities Play a key supporting role in bringing our marketing campaigns, creative assets, and promotional activities to life across both digital and traditional channels Help coordinate projects, manage timelines, prepare content and collateral, and ensure everything we produce is on-brand, engaging, and delivered on time Collaborate extensively with our global marketing team to ensure a cohesive and unified marketing strategy Skills A strong communicator with excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive, resourceful attitude and enjoy finding creative solutions to challenges Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms Experience with Canva and Asana is a strong asset Team player who is comfortable working independently and within a growing global team Excellent communication skills allow you to liaise effectively with colleagues across multiple countries and time zones Passionate about travel, storytelling, and helping to bring unforgettable adventures to life Familiarity with the US and Canadian consumer markets Company Overview Don't just travel, Explore!
