WorldVia is a travel network seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Coordinator to support their Trade Sales/Partner Relations team. The role involves executing partner marketing campaigns, managing event sponsorship deliverables, and ensuring the seamless delivery of contracted assets. Responsibilities Coordinate rollout of partner marketing campaigns (website content pages and landing pages, email, webinars, content, events, social media); manage timelines, deliverables, and asset approvals; track and report on campaign performance and ROI Serve as a point of contact for assigned travel partners for day-to-day marketing and sponsorship needs; assist with delivery of contracted assets; maintain up-to-date partner profiles and promotions in the CRM Support planning and execution of partner-sponsored events (virtual and in-person); coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications to drive advisor participation Collaborate with Trade /Partner Relations team to develop collateral and presentations; assist in tracking partner sales activities and updating CRM records accurately Monitor campaign and sponsorship metrics; provide updates and recommendations; stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities Work closely with Trade Sales/Partner Relations, Member Development, Member Success, and Technology teams to ensure seamless execution of partner campaigns and programs Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1+ years of experience in marketing, events, or partnership support (internships included) Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing tools, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop), Canva, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through Interest in the travel industry and eagerness to learn Benefits Employer-Sponsored Medical and Dental Insurance with Employee Contribution Fully-Funded Life Insurance (1x salary) & LTD (Long-Term Disability Insurance) Optional Employee-Paid Vision Insurance and STD (Short-Term Disability Insurance) 401k with up to 4% Company Match Paid Time Off + Company Holidays Additional Time Off for Your Birthday and Work Anniversary Discount Travel Program Company Overview WorldVia publishes travel articles and provides destination guides for travel planners.
