Marketing Automation Expert
Overview We are a US based company seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Expert to help build, optimize, and manage automated workflows across our CRM and marketing systems. You will be responsible for ensuring our lead management, email sequences, funnels, and automation flows operate efficiently and support our passive investor initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of CRM automation, customer journeys, system integrations, and performance tracking. You must have proven experience executing automation projects with measurable results. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities •Build, audit, and optimize marketing automation workflows inside our CRM. • Implement automated email sequences, follow-ups, and lead nurturing flows. • Improve funnel efficiency, conversion points, and user journeys. • Identify gaps in our current automation and propose improvements. • Integrate CRM tasks, triggers, and custom fields to keep workflows accurate. • Work with leadership to translate goals into automated processes. • Troubleshoot workflow issues and clean up broken logic or missing triggers. • Ensure automations align with our passive investor campaigns and business goals. • Provide documentation and clear instructions for ongoing team use. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation. • Strong experience with platforms such as: o HubSpot o ActiveCampaign o GoHighLevel o Pipedrive (bonus) o Zapier / Make (Integromat) o CRM workflow builders • Proven success building automation funnels and lead nurturing sequences. • Ability to diagnose workflow issues and fix automation logic. • Strong understanding of marketing lifecycle, conversion funnels, and segmentation. • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify technical logic. • Must provide portfolio, case studies, or Upwork history showcasing automation work. ________________________________________ Nice-to-Have (Bonus) • Experience in financial services, real estate, or investment industries. • Experience integrating CRMs with external tools or APIs. • Landing page, form automation, and multi-step funnel expertise. • Understanding of end-to-end investor onboarding flows. ________________________________________ What We Value • Clear communication • Accountability • Fast execution • Strong understanding of automation strategy • Ability to work independently and deliver without micromanagement Apply tot his job
