Marketing and Events Coordinator

The Marketing and Events Coordinator will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and engagement through strategic event planning and execution, ensuring successful management of events. Responsibilities Create and manage project plans for various marketing and event activities Organizes marketing activities to promote events Manages event schedule and coordinates resources and travel required for event Receives and responds to questions and concerns from event attendees Creates new events and manages activities for events Develops and implements policies, procedures, and staff training Coordinates and plans logistics for events Manages event schedule and coordinates travel Organizes and orders necessary marketing materials for events Tracks and reports on event spending and budgeting Cross-department collaboration between accounting, application, marketing, and production Assist sales, marketing, production, accounting, and application teams with projects as directed Skills Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards Ability to travel by car and plane for events as needed Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
