Manager, Executive Social Media Strategy & Engagement

As the Manager of Executive Social Media Strategy & Engagement, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our social media strategy to drive engagement and strengthen our online presence. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual who is passionate about social media, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses strong leadership skills. If you are a strategic thinker and have a proven track record of creating impactful social media campaigns, then we want you to join our team! Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Franklin Templeton Investments that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Identify and analyze key social media trends and insights to inform and optimize the company's social media strategy. Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, public relations, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding across all social media channels. Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms that resonates with our target audience and promotes the company's brand and values. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, to ensure their active participation and engagement on social media. Monitor and respond to online conversations and engagements with clients and prospects, providing timely and appropriate responses. Utilize social media listening tools to track and report on social media metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for enhancing the company's social media presence. Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and best practices, making recommendations for implementing new strategies and tactics. Train and educate employees on social media best practices and guidelines to maintain a consistent and effective online presence for the company. Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve team and individual goals. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to develop and execute social media campaigns and initiatives. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, related to social media usage. Represent Franklin Templeton Investments at industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay informed on social media trends and developments. Continuously evaluate and improve the company's social media strategy and tactics based on data and insights, driving increased engagement and brand awareness.
