Description • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of analytical solutions that turn raw, structured and unstructured data into clear, compelling insights for the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Supply Chain Customer Service & Transportation (CS&T) organization. You will design, build, and continuously refine Power BI and Tableau dashboards that empower 250+ product teams—from Coca-Cola Classic to fairlife, Simply, Powerade, and Topo Chico—to make faster, data-driven decisions on order fulfillment and transportation. • Translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations that improve on-time delivery, reduce transportation cost per case, and elevate customer satisfaction scores. Your analyses will directly influence daily dispatch decisions, carrier selection, and load-planning strategies across a network that moves millions of cases every day. • Evaluate and modernize the existing reporting stack on Azure Synapse and Snowflake, introducing new cloud-native tools and ETL patterns that cut report-generation time by 30-50 %. You will champion data-quality initiatives, implement automated regression tests, and establish SLAs that guarantee stakeholders receive refreshed dashboards before 6 a.m. EST every weekday. • Partner with Supply Chain planners, transportation managers, customer service leaders, and finance teams to define KPIs, gather business requirements, and prioritize feature backlogs. You will facilitate agile story-mapping sessions, run sprint reviews, and translate user feedback into iterative dashboard enhancements that align with NAOU’s productivity and customer-experience goals. • Lead quick-win “hackathons” that deliver rapid prototype scorecards in under two weeks, enabling frontline teams to spot late orders, track carrier performance, and optimize trailer utilization in near-real time. Post-deployment, you will monitor adoption metrics, conduct usability surveys, and iterate until 90 % of target users actively engage with the solution. • Provide analytical rigor and technical expertise during monthly business reviews and quarterly QBRs, presenting insights that influence multi-million-dollar transportation sourcing decisions. You will craft data stories that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating statistical findings into clear visuals and executive-ready narratives. • Drive master-data-management projects that harmonize product, customer, and carrier reference data across SAP, OTM (Oracle Transportation Management), and Anaplan. You will design data-governance rules, implement validation workflows, and partner with IT to ensure golden records remain 99.9 % accurate and audit-compliant. • Mentor junior analysts on SQL best practices, DAX optimization, and visualization design principles. You will host weekly “lunch-and-learn” sessions, review code, and create reusable templates that accelerate the team’s delivery velocity and elevate overall analytical maturity. • Collaborate with the CS&T Strategic Initiatives team to scope, budget, and deliver digitization projects that automate manual reporting tasks, integrate IoT telematics feeds, and embed predictive ETA models into operational dashboards. You will manage project timelines, risk registers, and change-management plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. • Continuously scan the external market for emerging analytics trends—such as mathematical optimization, linear programming, and AI-driven forecasting—and pilot proofs-of-concept that could unlock the next wave of supply-chain efficiency for Coca-Cola’s iconic portfolio.
