Long-Term YouTube Video Editor (Premiere Pro + After Effects + Sound Design Expert)

Remote Full-time
Summary We are looking for a dedicated, long-term YouTube video editor — not someone who just wants to edit 1–2 videos and disappear. Your Responsibilities ✅ Edit 10–15 videos/month (long-form + shorts) using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects ✅ Add cinematic music, sound effects, and ambient tones matching the mood (sad, suspenseful, or inspiring) ✅ Use modern motion graphics, text highlights, and keyframe animation ✅ Integrate B-rolls, stock clips, and transitions that elevate storytelling ✅ Maintain consistent pacing, emotional depth, and smooth flow ✅ Perform basic color correction and sound balancing for professional output ✅ Deliver edits ready for upload — optimized for YouTube format and retention Must-Have Skills Adobe Premiere Pro (Advanced level) After Effects (text animation, transitions, graphics) Sound Design & SFX (music layering, ambient tone matching) Stock Footage Research (Pexels, Artgrid, Storyblocks, etc.) Understanding of YouTube pacing, retention, and modern editing trends Bonus: DaVinci Resolve for color grading Reference Videos (Quality & Style Must Match): For Music & Sound FX Reference: Please watch these before applying. Apply only if you can match or exceed this level of polish. Project Type & Commitment Long-term position (10–15 videos/month) Video length: 5–10 min (long-form) + Shorts Turnaround: 2–3 days per video Bonuses for consistent quality and viral performance To Apply, Include: 2–3 of your best YouTube video samples (preferably in psychology, self-help, or education niche) The software you use (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci, etc.) Your average turnaround time for a 6–8 min video A confirmation line that you watched the reference videos ⚡ We’re Not Looking for Short-Term Editors. This is a long-term creative partnership. If you truly understand storytelling, sound, and emotional pacing — and want to grow with a channel that posts regularly — we want to hear from you.
