What You’ll Do: • Manage Key Accounts: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction. • Grow Your Book of Business: Prospect and convert new shippers while expanding business with existing ones. • Provide Solutions: Offer customized expedited freight options (sprinter vans, box trucks, last-mile delivery) that meet customer timelines. • Hit Your Numbers: Consistently meet or exceed revenue and growth targets through smart account planning and execution. • Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with dispatch and operations to ensure flawless execution and proactive updates. • Upsell & Cross-Sell: Find opportunities to maximize revenue and improve customer efficiency.
