Lifecycle & Retention Growth Manager for Activewear Brand

We’re a premium women’s activewear brand seeking an experienced Lifecycle / Retention Growth Manager to increase repeat customer rate and LTV — without discount dependency or increased returns. This role is not paid ads. Responsibilities • Own repeat customer rate and first → second purchase conversion • Build and optimize post-purchase & post-delivery email/SMS flows • Segment customers by lifecycle stage (first-time, repeat, high-value) • Drive repeat purchases using fit confidence, education, and product logic • Implement smart incentives (store credit, early access, free shipping) • Improve retention without increasing return rates Requirements • DTC lifecycle / retention / CRM experience • Experience with apparel, activewear, or fit-sensitive products • Has owned repeat rate or LTV as a KPI • Hands-on with Klaviyo / SMS/ attentive or similar tools • Strong judgment for premium brands (no blanket discounts) How to Apply (Required) Include: 1.
