Life Science Consulting Manager – Hub Strategy

Job Purpose/Overview: Bridging the gap between operations and strategy, Nuvera helps our clients design, build, and manage seamless support experiences to simplify the complex when it comes to starting and staying on therapy. The Manager role will lead the strategy and delivery of client projects while also contributing to business development goals which will help us continue to lead in all efforts enhancing the treatment experience. Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Lead one or several strategic projects for our clients, working directly with the client's executive team, managing all aspects of the project & team, facilitating executive workshops and serving as the final quality gate for the project deliverables • Provide project management and successful delivery of project through executive level communications and presentations • Coordinate the Nuvera team assigned to the project and provide individual mentoring and performance reviews associated with their performance • Help identify, define, and lead the implementation of several Nuvera infrastructure efforts • Provide strategy and operational guidance for hub offerings • Support business development objectives including program design, story development, etc. • Understands and develops the requirements for program design inclusive of system, work instructions and process flows • Able to present to leadership to better understand project status, risks and needs The people we seek are singular in what they do and who they are, and we try to take very special care during the interview process to ensure a winningly mutual fit. MBA preferred • At least 8 years in life sciences, including a preference in patient services, Hub design, and/or consulting experience in a management consulting company • 2+ year experience managing projects focused on finding unique solutions to business problems, providing strategy, performance improvement or optimization recommendations to a client. • Examples of projects should include 'unstructured' projects without pre-existing methodology where you had to define an approach/develop analytical frameworks. These should be non-IT implementation projects • Deep understanding of Hub services and key aspects such as payer coverage, benefit verification, prior authorizations, and co-pay programs • Experience leading teams, formally managing individual performance and mentoring • Contributed to development of new business pitch decks, presentations to client, and creation of SOW's • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholder groups and managing cross-functional teams • Ability to travel as necessary, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio • United States Citizenship or valid VISA • Experience working in life sciences across several of the following domains: • product launch/commercialization • product strategy and positioning • commercial operations • patient services • market access • product access and administration • reimbursement support • adherence solutions • hub services • health outcomes strategy & optimization • specialty pharmacy distribution • customer insights • commercial model transformation • customer engagement Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 Don't meet every job requirement?
