MUST HOLD LICENSE We are expanding our Allstate agency and seeking a Retention Specialist - Claims Customer Care to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional support related to claims, billing, and insurance processes. This role is designed for professionals who value structure, accuracy, and consistency over high-pressure selling. The ideal candidate will possess prior Allstate Agency Experience. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team and support our customers through their claims process. The Retention Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining strong customer relationships by providing timely, accurate policy support. Success in this role comes from attention to detail, ownership of follow-through, and the ability to navigate systems and workflows efficiently.
