Licensed Insurance Agent – Dealership
Job Description: • You will be responsible for prospecting new customers for home, auto, and other personal line products • Meeting with referral contacts to generate new business in our illustrious dealership • Assess client’s unique situations and recommend insurance plans that provide optimal protection • Leverage proven approach to ensure clients get the right coverage and experience exceptional service throughout the process • Actively connect with current and potential clients, fostering trust and loyalty through clear communication and follow-up • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless experience for everyone • Proactively seek out new opportunities through phone outreach, networking and other lead generation strategies Requirements: • Requires a valid Georgia Property & Casualty insurance license • Minimum of 4 years of insurance sales experience required • High School Graduate • College degree preferred, but not required • Excellent interpersonal skills – must be engaging and personable • Ability to interact with customers • Excellent active listening skills • High-level organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks • Excellent attention to detail • Expert level of written and verbal communication skills • Proactive and self-motivated • Demonstrated ability to work as a team player as well as the ability to work independently Benefits: • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance • Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and Sick Days • 401(k) Match • FSA and HSA • Pet Insurance • Life Insurance Apply tot his job
