Compensation Packages Blazer Jobs offers competitive compensation for both local and travel candidates: Local Candidates (Harvey area) • Pay Range: $41 – $46 per hour • Weekly pay via direct deposit • Full-time schedule following the school district calendar Travel Candidates (open to relocation for the assignment) • Equivalent Weekly Range: $1,388 – $1,613 • Hourly equivalent: $46 – $55 • Compensation structured with a taxable base plus tax-free housing and meal stipends • Travel packages may include higher take-home pay and relocation support Why Travel Contracts?
