The Legal Secretary will serve as the operational backbone of the legal team, managing logistics for immigration petitions and ensuring efficient organization of case documents. Responsibilities Serve as the operational backbone of our legal team, ensuring that the physical and digital logistics of every case are executed flawlessly Manage the final mile of immigration petitions, including high-volume scanning, assembly, and physically delivering time-sensitive filings to FedEx Streamline client onboarding by drafting templated engagement letters and managing the signature process via DocuSign to ensure a seamless kickoff experience Maintain rigorous organization of case documents, ensuring all digital files are named, sorted, and stored according to our templated protocols so our attorneys and software can operate efficiently Skills 1 — 3 years in an administrative or legal support role Location: Arizona (Required) You must be comfortable with modern tools (DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Google Workspace) and eager to learn our proprietary software You take pride in a perfectly scanned document and a perfectly organized file folder because you know it powers the broader mission You are gritty, reliable, and proactive We expect the work to be completed to a high standard Reliable transportation for mailing and scanning tasks is a must Prior experience in a law firm is preferred Education: English, psychology, or history backgrounds preferred Benefits Growth potential within a rapidly scaling startup.
