Learning Coordinator
## What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties): Assist in the development and maintenance of program and facilitator calendars, schedules, and resources. Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person learning sessions, including room booking, communicating A/V equipment needs, and participant communications. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality experiences. Add and maintain courses, groups, notifications, and enrollment rules in our LMS, Docebo. Maintain accurate records of training attendance, evaluations, and other relevant data. Assist with the creation and distribution of Confluence pages, training materials, presentations, and learner resources. Respond to inquiries from employees regarding learning opportunities, program details, and intake/enrollment processes. Support the evaluation of learning programs through data collection, analysis, and reporting. Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning initiatives by gathering feedback and making recommendations for enhancements. ## What we look for in you (ie. job requirements): 2+ years experience in an administrative, recruiting/event coordination, or people operations role Outstanding knowledge of Google Workspace Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally Continuous improvement attitude; ability to suggest and implement best practices Flexibility amid an ever-changing and growing environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
