Lead Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Description: • Manage key workstreams and milestones in the annual planning process across capacity planning to target setting • Support Field Operations partners with planning – standardize process/outputs across theaters and create feedback loop • Work closely with FP&A to understand financial priorities and model assumptions to iterate on top-line targets and resourcing • Maintain birds-eye headcount view of the entire GTM organization and conduct variance-to-plan analyses • Partner closely with C&T and sales leadership on regular cadence headcount forecasting and hiring accountability • Develop an in-depth understanding of sales process while surfacing data driven recommendations to influence sales strategy and direction • Drive monthly processes on quotas and compensation plans (e.g. new hires, shifts in POD model/territories) • Support monthly sales SPIFF calculations Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations at a growth SaaS organization • Familiarity with SFDC and GTM systems • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint • Success in running tight project timelines, communicating across business units • Bias for action and a history of solving problems as you spot them • Sense of curiosity to wonder “why”?
