Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Peabody, MA. As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting our front-end pharmacy technician team, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class customer service to our long-term care, assisted living, and chronic care customers. Day in the Life As a Lead Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of challenging and rewarding tasks. You will work closely with our senior technicians to coordinate daily production, collaborate with pharmacy leaders on team training plans, and assist with orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances. Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Certification, licensure, or registration as a pharmacy technician, or as required by state law One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have excellent communication and leadership skills, and are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
