Responsibilities • Design and develop high-quality self-paced learning content. • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to establish learning objectives. • Create engaging video tutorials, scripts, and certificates for eLearning. • Improve course materials including visual aids and graphics. • Develop supplementary learning materials such as tutorials and exercises. • Build assessments aligned with learning objectives. • Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of educational programs. • Manage course updates and lifecycle tracking. • Work across teams to identify education gaps and develop content. • Assist inLearning Management System (LMS) administration when needed. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design. • Proficient in creating self-service training content. • Experience with Learning Management System administration. • Familiarity with eLearning tools (e.g., Camtasia, Articulate). • Skilled in video creation, editing, and hosting. • Graphic design skills using tools like Illustrator or Photoshop. • Knowledge of adult learning principles. • Strong analytical and project management skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
