Lead Generation Consultant for Digital Marketing Agency (US Market)
Summary I run a boutique performance marketing agency focused on eCommerce brands. My experience and systems are all built around customer acquisition for online stores, not B2B lead generation for my own agency. I am looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to work with me as a consultant. I do not need someone to run my ads or manage campaigns. The goal is to learn from you and build a clear, repeatable lead generation system that brings qualified leads and booked calls for my agency, mainly from the United States. I prefer someone who has already worked with digital marketing agencies or similar service businesses and understands how to generate high quality B2B leads for them. ⸻ Deliverables By the end of our work together, I want to have: 1. Website and funnel audit • Review my current website and landing pages from a lead generation perspective • Suggest changes to structure, messaging, offer and calls to action • Define what pages and assets I should add for better conversion 2. Lead generation strategy for the US market • Recommend the main channels I should focus on (for example: LinkedIn, Meta, Google, cold email, content, partnerships) • Define my top of funnel, middle of funnel and bottom of funnel flow • Help me shape the main offers for first calls and discovery calls • Suggest how to position the agency so it attracts the right type of clients 3. Lead flow and process design • Define step by step what happens from the moment a lead fills a form or contacts us • Lead qualification framework: what is a good lead, what is not, and how to prioritize • Define stages in the pipeline (new lead, qualified, booked call, proposal, won, lost) • Propose KPIs and benchmarks to track performance of the funnel 4. Tools, tech stack and tracking • Recommend a simple and effective CRM or pipeline management tool suitable for a small agency • Explain what automations I should set up (for example follow up emails, reminders, notifications) • Help define how to track leads from channel to closed client (UTMs, events, forms, etc) • Suggest any other tools that can make lead generation and follow up easier 5. Lead nurturing and follow up system • Outline email sequences and touchpoint cadence for new leads and cold leads • Suggest templates or examples for outreach messages, follow ups and reactivation • Show how to keep in touch with leads who are not ready now but may be later 6. Consulting and education • Join a few calls or sessions with me to walk through everything • Answer questions, explain the logic and teach best practices so I can continue on my own • Provide a short written summary or simple playbook of the system we build together Apply tot his job
