The Strategy & Ops Lead, Guest Experience plays a key role in driving planning, execution, and operational excellence across a dynamic organization that brings together Guest Experience teams focused on Marketing, Digital and Loyalty. The Strategy & Ops Lead serves as a connector and problem solver — enabling clarity, alignment, and seamless execution across initiatives that enhance how guests experience Target every day. Responsibilities • Strategic & Business Planning Partner with the VP, Chief of Staff and Director, Strategy & Ops to support business planning and strategic alignment across the Guest Experience organization. • Coordinate priorities and timelines, ensuring connection to enterprise goals and initiatives. • Support the development of materials and insights for senior leadership meetings, business reviews, and enterprise updates. • Track progress on key initiatives and help identify opportunities to accelerate impact. • Operational Excellence Manage business routines, meetings, and communications that keep the organization operating effectively. • Design and maintain tools and processes that bring clarity to priorities and workstreams. • Help drive continuous improvement in how the organization plans and delivers work. • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with teams across Target to ensure Guest Experience work is well-coordinated and aligned with enterprise strategies. • Facilitate communication and information flow between leadership, partners, and key stakeholders. • Represent the Guest Experience organization in select forums, ensuring clarity and follow-through on actions. • Communication & Team Enablement Create clear, engaging materials that communicate strategy, progress, and priorities. • Support leadership team meetings and engagement routines to foster connection and alignment.
