Job Summary As a Lead Big Data ETL Software Engineer at Wells Fargo, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing large-scale data integration solutions that drive business growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead complex innovation drives, including company-wide projects with expansive effects Develop and implement standards and best practices for designing complicated and large-scale innovation solutions Configure, code, test, troubleshoot, and document projects and ventures Analyze and dissect complex, large-scale innovation solutions for strategic and vital business goals Develop and implement standard and company-wide best practices for designing and innovation arrangements Collaborate and communicate with key technical specialists, senior innovation groups, and external industry gatherings to determine complex technical issues and accomplish objectives Lead ventures, groups, or act as a friend guide Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 2+ years of programming experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education Strong technical skills in data engineering, ETL, and data architecture Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL, and data architecture Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles Certifications in data engineering, ETL, or related fields Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a range of technical, business, and interpersonal skills, including: Technical skills: data engineering, ETL, data architecture, programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++) Leadership skills: project management, team leadership, communication, and collaboration Business skills: understanding of financial services, business acumen, and analytical skills Interpersonal skills: excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Wells Fargo, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
