About the Role: Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, or chat Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations Rebooking travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations Performing passenger check-in and front seat assignment Working with gate readers/scanners and related duties Making boarding and departure gate announcements Conveying domestic/international flight documents Performing passenger service flight close-out procedures Accepting, checking, and labeling passengers' baggage Maintaining timeline of flight boarding process Processing and completing Visa transactions Assisting passengers with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage handling Providing quality customer care in a professional manner What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $27/hour, comprehensive benefits, and a dynamic work environment.
