- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate staff members
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, including documentation requiring physician signature
- Maintain accurate employee phone roster and process documentation efficiently
- Fax discharge summaries, transfer summaries, and other reports to physicians
- Assist with office supply management and prepare job application packets
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in office computer equipment and software
