Position Overview: As a Remote Special Education Teacher, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering personalized educational experiences for students with diverse needs. This is a flexible 1099 contractor position, allowing you to work from anywhere in North Dakota while making a difference in students? lives.

Key Responsibilities: ? Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students ? Deliver engaging and effective virtual instruction tailored to each student?s learning style ? Collaborate with parents, educators, and support staff to foster a positive learning environment ? Assess student progress and modify instructional approaches as necessary

Qualifications: ? Active North Dakota Special Education Teaching License ? Experience in special education and familiarity with IEP development ? Excellent communication and organizational skills ? Comfort with virtual teaching tools and online learning platforms
