TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Manage prospective investors to identify, qualify, and answer questions about new investment opportunities. ? Diligently manage and log sales activities for warm leads, contacts, and prospecting activities in HubSpot/Salesforce ? Drive engagement with appropriate resources such as due diligence materials and webinars ? Work with internal functional teams to ensure that all investor requests and inquiries are managed efficiently and timely ? Attend trainings ranging from New Investment Opportunities and including Industry/Competitor Trends/News ? Perform all other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: ? Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple way to a diverse audience ? Quick learner with an aptitude of CRM's like Salesforce and other technology ? Ability to exercise considerable judgment, maintain confidentiality, work in accordance with all company policies ? Excellent people skills and relationship-building capabilities ? EST availability required

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Includes a typical office or at home environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
