Key Responsibilities
? Manage product listings by updating descriptions, prices, and stock levels.
? Process customer orders accurately and ensure they are shipped on time.
? Answer customer questions through email, chat, or phone, and resolve any issues quickly.
? Work with the marketing team to run promotions and boost product visibility.
? Check the website regularly and report any problems or improvements needed.
? Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure orders are processed and delivered smoothly.
? Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
? Collect and share customer feedback to help improve the shopping experience.

Requirements
? Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
? Enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent customer service
? Ability to collaborate with other departments.
? Proficiency in Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and strong typing skills
? Basic Computer Skills and familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) are preferred.
