Part-Time Project Coordinator

Description:
? This is a unique role that supports company operations part-time on weekends primarily.
? The schedule for this role will be a 3-day work week: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with working hours 9 am to 5 pm.
? As our 'Weekend Warrior', you?ll keep things running smoothly while our core Monday-Friday team is out of office.
? Provide ?after hours? support, handling tickets and projects that come in outside of our normal business hours.
? QA & launch recruitment for our researchers submitted projects.
? Manage the ongoing recruitment of our researchers projects.
? Provide exceptional and timely reactive & proactive communication and support to our users, troubleshooting when necessary.
? Serve as the product expert, keeping up to date with new product releases and features.
? Other responsibilities include but not limited to: Bring ideas and brainstorms to the forefront related to our team goals.
? Coverage on holidays on a volunteer basis only, optional and not... required.

Requirements: ? 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role (i.e., account management, project management, customer support, etc.) ? Bachelor?s degree strongly preferred ? Down-to-earth self-starter ? Excited by the idea of joining an early-stage and lean startup ? Comfortable working independently as the majority of our team will not be online ? Comfortable with ambiguity ? Excited about maintaining a primarily weekend work schedule ? Candidates must be located in the United States and authorized to work without any Visa sponsorship.
