Sr. Payroll Specialist

Advanced MS Excel users only, as you'll be working with and manipulating large amounts of data at a time. Initiate, process, and monitor all payroll activities between centers ? Assist with the coordination efforts between departments including payroll, hr, benefits, and finance/accounting. ? Provide biweekly reporting to management teams ad-hoc reporting requests. ? Assist with reconciliations of payroll prior to final submission for approvals ? Other duties as assigned Requirements: ? 5+ years of demonstrated experience with multistate payroll and tax functions ? UKGPro or UltiPro proficiency is highly preferred ? Current payroll laws and regulations knowledge ? Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems ? Ability to problem solve and thrive in a fast paced environment ? Ability to prioritize and multitask with a strong attention to detail ?
