**Job Description:**

As a Guest Services Representative at Disney, you will be the frontline ambassador, delivering top-tier service to guests from around the world, ensuring their experiences are enchanting and memorable. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a passion for service, ensuring all guest interactions are handled with the highest standards of courtesy and professionalism.

Responsibilities will include responding to guest inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing detailed information on services, park attractions, and events, and resolving any issues with a positive and friendly attitude. **Responsibilities:**

1. Deliver exceptional customer service to all Disney guests, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.

2. Handle reservations and ticketing for Disney parks and events.

3. Resolve guest issues with a positive, can-do attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction.

4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of park events, attractions, and schedules to provide accurate information.

5. Work collaboratively with team members across different departments to enhance guest services.

6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to uphold Disney? brand standards.

7. Process payments and handle sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy.

**Requirements:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

2. Proven experience in a customer service role.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work remotely and on-site as required.

5. Familiarity with computer systems and digital communication tools.

6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Educational Qualifications:**
