Job Description

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Nurse Manager to join our dynamic team. This remote position will oversee the delivery of high-quality virtual nursing services to our patients, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing management and a passion for improving patient care through innovative virtual solutions.

As a Virtual Nurse Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our virtual nursing services. You will be responsible for supervising a team of virtual nurses, providing them with the support and guidance needed to deliver exceptional patient care. Additionally, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to patient care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing


• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role


• Experience in virtual or telehealth nursing preferred


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems


• Ability to work independently and manage a remote team


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the virtual nursing team


• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies


• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and service delivery


• Provide support and guidance to virtual nurses, addressing any issues or concerns


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure integrated patient care


• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the virtual nursing team


• Participate in the recruitment and training of new virtual nurses

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required


• Master? degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory role


• Experience in virtual or telehealth nursing is preferred
