Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of residence


• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience


• Experience in telehealth or remote patient care preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR)


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively


• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private workspace

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient assessments and consultations via telehealth platforms


• Provide patient education and support on various health conditions and treatment plans


• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans


• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed


• Document patient interactions and care provided in the electronic health record (EHR) system


• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities


• Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards

Educational Qualifications
