### **Job Description:**
As the Guest Services Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the guest experience at our world-renowned resort. Your main goal will be to ensure that every guest feels the magic of Disney from the moment they arrive until they wave goodbye. You will be responsible for managing daily operations at various guest service locations, resolving guest issues with empathy and efficiency, and leading by example to inspire your team.
In this role, you will coordinate with multiple departments to enhance guest satisfaction, manage feedback, and implement service improvements. You will regularly interact with guests of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures, making personalized service a priority. Training and mentoring your team, optimizing workflow, and maintaining Disney? high standards of service will also fall under your purview.
This is a role that requires a combination of leadership, passion, and a deep commitment to creating an unforgettable guest experience. With your expertise, you will help ensure that our guest services continually evolve and align with the expectations of Disney? diverse and global audience.
### **Responsibilities:**
1. Lead and manage a team of guest service representatives, providing training and development to ensure high-quality service.
2. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
3. Monitor and assess service performance, making recommendations for improvement.
4. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of park operations, events, and promotions.
6. Ensure compliance with all safety and operational policies and procedures.
7. Provide regular reports on guest feedback and service metrics to senior management.
### **Requirements:**
1. Proven experience in guest services or hospitality, preferably in a leadership role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-first mindset.
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to guest services.
6. A passion for Disney and its legacy of magical guest experiences.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
### **Educational Qualifications:**
– High school diploma or equivalent required.
– Bachelor? degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
### **Experience:**
– At least 3 years of experience in guest services or hospitality, with a focus on leadership and customer satisfaction.
