Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center sales management role, with a specific focus on cold calling and B2B sales within the US market. ? Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing global sales teams, specifically those located in the Philippines and Mexico. ? Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. ? Demonstrated history of successful sales optimization. ? Proven ability to effectively grow and manage large teams. ? Must possess a comprehensive understanding of budget management and proficiency in handling Profit and Loss statements (P&Ls). Key Responsibilities: ? Lead and manage a high-performing sales team with a focus on call center operations. ? Drive B2B sales initiatives within the US market, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. ? Oversee global sales teams, specifically those located in the Philippines and Mexico. ? Optimize sales strategies and processes to maximize efficiency and results. ? Effectively grow and manage large teams, fostering a culture of success and collaboration. ? Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey strategies and goals. ?
