What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Assist and educate members, providers, or customers on products and plans through various communication channels
? Ensure accuracy and timeliness in responding to inquiries and processing customer issues
? Document interactions and correspondence clearly and concisely for tracking purposes
? Navigate multiple systems and internal resources to address inquiries and gather plan details
? Maintain knowledge of insurance terms, practices, and company products while working under direct supervision

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of experience in customer service or related experience
? 1 year of experience in an office-based setting or contact center environment is highly preferred
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Technology savvy with the ability to navigate multiple computer programs and application systems
? A private workspace and fast-paced internet with a hard-wired connection

? Previous experience in a contact center environment
