What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

? Perform general clerical duties and assist with various departmental tasks

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or GED
? Minimum of one year of experience in banking or financial services in a customer service role
? Ability to maintain knowledge of deposit, loan, and digital banking services
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and standard office equipment

? Previous experience in a contact center environment
? Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance training
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
