What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Field customer service inquiries and handle customer service transactions independently
• Listen for and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services
• Establish customer accounts by negotiating and documenting service type, pricing, billing, and other required information
• Support other service lines when required
• Meet or exceed service and operational standards established for the call center

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D
• One (1) year of previous customer service experience
• High-speed internet (Minimum 50mbs download and 10mbs upload)
• Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
• Computer skills - MS Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience in sales and retention
• Previous experience in a call center environment
• Ability to speak multiple languages
• Experience in waste management industry
