Part-time Virtual Assistant

JOB TITLE: Virtual Assistant (Part-time) ? RATE: PHP 250 per hour (2 hours a day) ? WORK TYPE: Part-time, WFH/Remote ? WORKING HOURS: ? Afternoon PST or around 6AM Manila time ? 2 hours per day ? START DATE: TBD JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Knowledgeable with the following: ? Purchasing tasks: (preferably with Purchasing experience or at the very least, have experience with ERP system) ? Create Purchase Orders and follow-up with vendors ensuring on-time delivery and tracking backorders ? Enter Vendor Bill from POs, or bills from other services ? Shipping carrier bills - Expeditors, Fedex, DHL, UPS ? Create part numbers and uploading photos ? Uploading credit card receipts ? Review of low inventory ? Process vendor returns JOB REQUIREMENTS: ? Preferably with Purchasing experience or at the very least, have experience with ERP system ? Fluent in English ? Passionate about Data Privacy and Security ? Managerial and Consulting Experience ? Experienced in different domains ? Comfortable with making collaborative decisions ? Good in managing project and administrative tasks ?
