Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

– Provide accurate information about products and services

– Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively

– Document customer interactions and maintain records

– Collaborate with other departments to escalate issues when necessary

Educational Qualifications:

– High school diploma or GED required

– Associate or Bachelor?s degree preferred but not required

Experience:

– Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

– Experience in retail, hospitality, or call center environments is a plus
