Job Description:

Delta Airlines is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Live Chat Agents. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, baggage, and other travel-related concerns. Your goal is to provide timely, accurate, and friendly support while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. ? Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to existing reservations, and processing cancellations. ? Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and other travel-related queries. ? Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. ? Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. ? Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service processes.

Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor?s degree preferred. ? Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment. ? Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. ? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. ? Proficient in using live chat software and other digital communication tools. ? Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Educational Qualifications:
