Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.

Shift: 1st Shift - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Mon-Fri

Stride Staffing is presently hiring for a Customer Service Support Specialist to work with a leading company that specializes in 3rd Party Merchandising services. Our customer is seeking individuals with the right attitude, who are team players and self-starters. These positions are long term, temp to hire for the right individuals.

Responsibilities: ? Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates ? Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records ? Coordinate interviews and assessments for candidates ? Provide administrative support to the recruitment team ? Conduct cold calling and networking to identify potential candidates for open positions

Experience:
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
? Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
? Ability to conduct effective cold calls and build relationships with potential candidates
? Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
? Bilingual English/Spanish is a huge plus but not a requirement
